An initial physiotherapy assessment at Physio Athletic costs £80 and lasts 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions cost £65 for 30 minutes or £75 for 45 minutes, and less per session when booked as a block. A one-hour Body MOT, our full-body assessment, costs £120.

Your first appointment is a 45-minute assessment: we take a full history, test movement and strength, explain what we find and agree a plan with you.

It depends on the injury and on how you respond. Many problems managed without surgery typically need around 3 to 6 sessions. As a guide, an initial assessment (£80) plus a block of 5 follow-up sessions (£300) comes to £380. We give you an honest estimate after the assessment rather than selling a fixed block up front.

ACL rehabilitation typically runs for 9 months or more, so the total depends on how often you are seen. Our Post Surgery Rehab Pack covers 30 sessions for £1,500, which works out at £50 per session instead of £65. If you have health insurance, your insurer may cover your sessions.

Yes. Booking a block costs less per session than booking one at a time. For example, 10 physio follow-up sessions cost £550 instead of £650, and 10 acupuncture sessions cost £480 instead of £600. Savings range from around 7% to 23% depending on the service and the size of the block.

Yes. We are registered with Bupa, AXA, WPA, Cigna and Vitality. Get an authorisation code from your insurer, then book with us and we bill your insurer directly.
